I used this shampoo for the first time today on my Shih Tzu Yorkie mix girl, who has a really thick coat, and I’m very happy with the results.It lathered nicely, rinsed out well, and left her coat feeling clean, soft and fresh without being harsh on her skin. I like that it’s fragrance free and contains ingredients like oatmeal, aloe vera, coconut oil and pro-vitamin B5, which are great choices for dogs with more sensitive skin.With a thick coat, some shampoos can leave the fur feeling heavy or difficult to manage, but this one worked well and helped keep her coat looking fluffy and healthy. She seemed comfortable throughout the bath and didn’t show any signs of irritation afterwards.A great everyday shampoo that I’ll happily continue using for her grooming routine. I’m impressed with it after the first use.

I bought this for my two German Shepherds as I wanted a shampoo that was gentle on their skin but still cleaned their coats properly, and it's been excellent.It lathers well without needing loads of product, so the large 1-litre bottle should last a good while even with bigger dogs.Being fragrance free is a real bonus. Instead of leaving a strong perfume behind, it simply leaves their coats smelling clean, which I actually prefer.It rinses out easily and doesn't leave any sticky or greasy residue, making bath time a little quicker.After drying, both dogs' coats felt soft, clean and looked healthy with a nice natural shine.The shampoo feels well made, and I like that it contains ingredients such as oatmeal, aloe vera, coconut oil and Pro-Vitamin B5 as part of a gentle formula.The bottle itself is sturdy with a secure cap, and there haven't been any leaks while storing it.The only small criticism is that a pump dispenser would make it much easier to use, especially when you've only got one free hand because the dog has decided bath time is optional.I'd also like to see a clear guide on the bottle suggesting roughly how much shampoo to use for different sized dogs, as that would help avoid using more than necessary.Overall, this is a high-quality dog shampoo that leaves the coat clean, soft and looking great without being harsh on the skin. It feels well made, is easy to use and offers excellent value for money, especially if you have larger dogs like mine.

I was really pleased to come across this as the branded carpet shampoo we usually buy has become so expensive. This works out much better value for money especially as it's concentrated, so you only need a small amount each time. I can see this 5 litres lasting us a long time!It cleans just as well as the more expensive brand we've been using although we do not have any heavy staining to try it on currently. It's great for lifting everyday dirt and leaving the carpets looking fresh. It also leaves behind a subtle lemon scent that's smells clean and fresh.I also like that it's pet friendly as we have two dogs!Overall I'm really impressed. It's good quality, effective, economical to use and good value for money. I'd recommend.

I absolutely love this stuff and would 100% recommend! I recently got a Vax carpet cleaner machine as we have two large dogs so our carpets take quite a hammering from them and I got tired of hiring a carpet cleaner.The machine came with some solution to clean the carpet but not much and although it was quite effective it's expensive so wanted to trey some alternatives.This stuff is amazing and actually more effective than the solution that came with the machine and works exceptionally well at both cleaning the carpets and removing stains as well as leaving them feeling and smelling super fresh and clean.The scent isn't too overwhelming and doesn't smell chemically either so is great for households with pets. Amazing value for this amount of such an effective shampoo solution so would fully recommend and will be getting again.

We adopted a new rescue spaniel who has been very nervous and unfortunately had a few accidents in the hall, we have tried with spot cleaners but now that she has settled I wanted to give the carpet a deep clean.This is a lovely scented carpet cleaner which not only leaves a nice fresh smell, but the cleaning performance is really good as well.I like that this is highly concentrated and on 50ml of cleaner is needed per 1 litre of warm water, this coupled with a large area carpet cleaner vac has had really good results.I also like that this is pet safe so although the floors are only damp, I do not need to keep then shut out until fully dry.Overall a good value product which has performed well and is one that I would recommend.

This stuff is excellent at lifting and shifting both ingrained and fresh stains. I'm using it with a spot cleaning machine and it didn't use a lot of solution to bring up a fresh look (see photos).I think it's worth decanting this into a smaller bottle depending upon how it's used because the 5L full bottle is a solid weight to pour, especially into a small fill port of a machine with or without a funnel (not included).I can't say the lemon fragrance was particularly strong, but as noted i've been spot cleaning with this rather than covering large areas so i imagine that's going to vary depending upon coverage.Excellent value considering the size and works well, though a funnel or smaller fill bottle would have been nice but more of a wish than anything else. The shampoo solution itself is stellar.Recommended.

This is a straightforward liquid detergent. Out of the large, heavy 5 litre container, it's extremely lemony. Almost overpoweringly so. When diluted appropriately, it goes a long way and is considerably more subtly fragrant, leaving a noticeable, but very acceptable citrus note in the air which fades within 24 hours. Efficiency can be measured positively against both the obvious dirt taken out of the carpet and complete elimnination of an unfortunate feline incident. Job well and truly done. The price pont is acceptable and so is the product's performance. We'll be happily using this for the foreseeable future.

This is a lovely big bottle of gentle oatmeal shampoo. It’s a simple and straightforward product - with no strong smelling perfume additives which can irritate sensitive skin, so there is not really any scent to it (which my dogs prefer) It needs to be diluted down prior to use, 100ml to 1litre of water - so that’s best done in advance of mentioning to pooch that its bath day (not something on their ‘preferred list’) The ingredients have been well thought out to ensure a gentle and soothing result, whilst being kind to the coat and still providing a good clean. It’s a good price for a litre - which should last a good while unless you are bathing an Irish Wolfhound once a week!

Although a regular visitor to the groomers our young dog has a habit of rolling in any fox poo she can find in the garden which then necessitates an extra alfresco bath.The size of this bottle of shampoo in enormous and should easily last us several years, depending on the visiting frequency of the local fox population. It isn't strongly scented which is a definite plus leaving me free to use cologne if/when I choose. It feels nice on your hands, lathers well and rinses out leaving supple itch-free skin. We've never used a combined shampoo and conditioner on our dog before but it seems to do a good job leaving her apricot and cream waves and curls soft and bouncy.So happy we stumbled on this and decided to try it out.

This is our second purchase of this company's products. We've already tried their pack of three different shampoos and conditioners, and we were impressed so bought the huge bottle of the oatmeal shampoo. It's a conditioner too, so that's much easier as you can do everything in one application, and that's always preferable. This shampoo definitely helps reduce itching and irritation with all our four dogs. It contains natural ingredients and foams well, but not too much. Smells good and you don't need loads to do the job, so lasts a good while. Really good price for this size.

I honestly don’t think I will need to buy dog shampoo again for a very long time, this bottle is massive!Because it is concentrated and needs to be diluted, it will last even longer, which makes it feel like really good value for the price. You only need a small amount mixed with water, so the 1 litre bottle should go a long way.It smells really nice without being too strong, and it works very well on my dog’s fur. After using it, his coat feels cleaner, softer and looks much healthier.I can really tell this is a good quality shampoo. It feels gentle, which is important if your dog has sensitive skin, but at the same time it still cleans properly.Overall I’m very happy with it. Big bottle, smells nice, lasts ages and really helps keep my dog’s fur nice and healthy.
